I have worked for a major law firm (10 years), an international accounting firm (7 years), Allen-Bradley (for 21 years), an investment firm (for 2 years) and Bryant & Stratton Business College (for over 10 years).
I have lived all my life in Milwaukee County, mostly in the City of Wauwatosa. I spent a year in Germany with my husband during his service with the U.S. Army, and through the National LWML conventions was able to visit Edmonton, Canada, California, South Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, Florida, Iowa, Texas, Missouri, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Minnesota, and Oklahoma.
What I do here -
I am the current Church Executive Assistant and have been here since August 29, 2019.
I work part time, Monday through Thursday, from 8 – 12 p.m. My job revolves around communication (letters, bulletins, and email), recording contributions, and supporting ministry staff. If you have a question about a contribution, I’m the person to talk to.
Just a friendly reminder – if you leave me a message after noon on Thursday, I won’t see it until Monday.
My favorite Bible Verse
Revelation 3:2a: “Awake, and strengthen that which remains.”
When I was struggling with the death of my husband, I prayed that the Lord would give me something from the upcoming LWML convention that would help me get through the grieving process. This verse was a part of the presentation which closed the last session of the convention. It was an answer to prayer and a great help to me, as it gave direction for the days ahead.
