Lutheran Women’s Missionary League (Lutheran Women in Mission) is the official women’s auxiliary of the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod.
The structure is comprised of individual and society members of congregations, which are part of zones that make up the various districts. All districts combined make up the national organization.
The purpose of the LWML is twofold: first, to help the ladies develop a mission-mindedness and readiness to better “serve the Lord with gladness” and, second, to gather funds to support mission grants that are sponsored or approved by the LCMS.
The Lutheran Women’s Quarterly is the official publication of the LWML.
Mt. Calvary’s society generally meets the second Saturday of the month, from September to May. Please check out our national and district websites.
